GUIDED TOURS

The guided tours can be half day (max 3 hours) or full day (max 6 hours); extra hours can be added upon request.

• Half day € 165,00
• Full day € 330,00
• Extra hour € 55,00

The guided tours rates are not subjected to Italian V.A.T.

ESCORTED TOURS

The incoming escorted tours can be can be half day (max 4 hours) or full day (max 9 hours); extra hours can be added upon request.

• Half day € 165,00 + 21% V.A.T.
• Full day € 330,00 + 21% V.A.T.
• Extra hour € 55,00 + 21% V.A.T.

For any other service (transfer, hospitality desk, dine around, …) please contact us.

COOKING LESSONS

The cooking lessons are minimum half day. Here below some options:

• Central Market Visit + individual cooking class in private apartment, max 6 hours 4 pax
• Florence Guided Tour + gastronomical coaching, max 5 hours
• Lunch in private apartment, max 2 hours

Special Events

 We are pleased to help you organizing special events. An additional cost might be applied for planning assistance.

Cancellation policy

Services lasting minimum 3 days:

• Up to 30 days prior the starting of the service: 20% penalty
• From 29 up to 8 days prior the starting of the service: 50% penalty
• From 7 up to 4 days prior the starting of the service: 75% penalty
• From 3 days prior the starting of the service: 100% penalty

Half or Full Day services

• Up to 4 days prior the starting of the service: no penalty
• From 3 up to 1 day prior the starting of the service: 50% penalty
• 1 day prior the service: 75% penalty
• No-show: 100% penalty

Professional Guides and Tour Leaders have all successfully passed a specific test proving their historical, artistic and linguistic knowledge. When booking a visit or a tour make sure that your Guide or Tour Leader is duly licensed by the local Tourist Board
